The fit

What we look for.

We pass on startups and turnarounds. The rest starts with a talk.

Trades

Home services: pest control, termite, HVAC, plumbing and electrical

Where

Moving nationwide

Size

Established, with a track record and loyal customers. Profit is a plus, not a must.

A different kind of buyer

We buy to operate, not to strip.

Technicians from Go-Forth Home Services and Lake Norman Pest Control, both part of the family.

Go-Forth Galaxy grew from one family-owned service business in North Carolina. We know what it takes to build a company from the ground up, because we did it ourselves.

When we buy a company, we run it. We bring the back office: HR, payroll, finance, marketing, recruiting and technology. Your team keeps doing the work it does well.

Some companies keep their name. Others join one of our regional brands, like Go-Forth Home Services. We tell you which early.

Buying companies is how we grow our own family. It is not a service we sell. When we say yes, we mean for the long term. And we look at more than a revenue multiple.

Inside the orbit

Great businesses grow faster inside an orbit.

Most holding companies buy a business and take value out. We add it. Here is what changes when a company joins the family, and what does not.

What stays yours

  • Your people, and the way they look after customers
  • Your customers and your town
  • Your name on the trucks, in most cases. We tell you early if not.
  • Your say in how the business runs day to day
  • A role for you if you want one, or a clean hand-over if you don't

What you gain

  • Marketing, HR, finance, recruiting and systems, running from day one
  • Benefits and training for your team that a single shop can't offer
  • Buying power on trucks, parts, materials and software
  • A leadership bench to call when something is hard
  • A long-term home. We buy to run companies, not to flip them.

Proven in the field

It started with pest control.

Go-Forth Home Services has run service routes since 1959. It is where our operating model was worked out: standard service steps, serious training, and route systems built for consistency, quality and profit.

What worked there now runs heating, air, plumbing and electrical too, and it is what LM Wilson Heating & Air plugged into when it joined in May 2026. A company that joins gets a model that has been tested on real routes for decades, not a plan drawn in a boardroom.

Your people

Your team on day one.

Your people are the reason we buy. We talk through their roles with you before anything is signed. Benefits vary by company and role. Full-time roles at most of our companies include these.

Health, dental and vision

Several plans to choose from, plus $50,000 of company-paid life insurance.

401(k) with a company match

We put money toward your team's future, too.

Teladoc and wellness

Company-paid Teladoc for the family, an HSA contribution, an employee assistance program and a wellness program.

Training and licensing

Formal training and help getting licensed, so people can grow into the next role.

Paid time off

Vacation, holidays and bereavement leave.

Room to move up

A bigger family of companies means more places to grow a career.

Joined May 2026

LM Wilson Heating & Air is a heating and air company in Burlington, North Carolina. It joined Go-Forth Home Services in May 2026.

How it works

From first talk to close.

Five steps. Nothing moves without you.

  1. A private talk

We learn about your business and what you want for it. Nothing is shared.

  2. Fit and discovery

If we both want to keep going, we swap high-level numbers under an NDA.

  3. Offer and structure

We make a clear offer, built around your goals: a full sale, an earn-out or a new role for you.

  4. Due diligence

Due diligence can be as quick as 45 days, though we often work out a longer transition when that helps. We check the numbers, team and operations together.

  5. Close and join

We close, then plug in the back office with your team, so the day-to-day keeps running.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

Will my name come off the trucks?

Sometimes. Some companies keep their name. Others join one of our regional brands, like Go-Forth Home Services. We tell you which early, before you decide anything.

Do my people keep their jobs?

We buy a business for its people, and we want them to stay. We talk through every role with you before anything is signed. We will not promise what we have not seen yet.

Do I have to stay?

No. Some owners take a new role that fits their strengths. Others hand over and step away. We agree on it up front.

How do you value my business?

We look at more than a revenue multiple: your team, your customers and where the business can go. We walk you through how we got to our number.

How long does it take?

Due diligence can be as quick as 45 days, though we often work out a longer transition when that helps. The rest moves at your pace.

Who finds out?

Only the people you choose. We keep the talks private and sign an NDA before any details change hands. Your team hears when you are ready.
